TERMs AND LEGAL

This Statement outlines the terms and conditions governing all sales and purchases made through this website, regardless of whether the order was transmitted via the internet, telephone/fax or post. By accessing, browsing and/or using this site you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Promotions and offers on the sites

All promotions and offers are exclusive to NARvi unless otherwise stated. Any promotion or offer may not be used in conjunction with another unless otherwise stated. Promotions and offers are subject to availability and NARVi reserves the right to revoke promotions and offers at any time and for any reason without notice. Customers and Accounts

Any minors, who wish to use this site, must do so under the supervision of a guardian who agrees to be bound to the conditions of use. Any NARVi account is to be used only by the person registered for that particular account. All information provided on registration must be true and accurate. False information provided on registration is considered fraud and is subject to the Business Consumer Act (NZ) of 1993. The account holder is responsible for ensuring that their account details remain confidential, and that access to their computer remains restricted to prevent others from gaining access to their account. The account holder accepts responsibility for all activities which occur under their account. NARVi reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at any time and will not be held responsible for fraudulent information.

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Shipping

Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of receipt. Orders received over the weekend or during public holidays will be dispatched as soon as possible when we re-open for business. If your order is urgent please contact us for assistance. Please note, if you are paying by bank deposit your order will not be dispatched until the funds have shown in our account. Deposits made overnight or during weekends or public holidays may take longer to clear which will in turn delay the dispatching of your order.

- All orders are sent major via national delivery companies.

Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address.

ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER.

Returns are not possible on the basis of a change of mind, so please choose carefully. Exchanges will not be permitted.


International Orders

We are working with our shopping cart provider and web designers to support automatic international shipping calculations. Please send us you address and what products you would like to order and we will let you know the final costs before proceeding.  Apologies for any inconvenience that this may cause.

 

Order Collections

Customers are also welcome to collect orders from our warehouse, click here for a map of our location. Orders can be collected by prior appointment by emailing info@narvi.co.nz. You will be notified by email or text message when your order is available for collection, please do not come until you have received this notification as it is unfair to other customers who may have placed an order ahead of you.

 

On-site Payment

We can accept payment on-site by Cash (please try to bring correct change), and Internet bank transfer. Sorry, we do not accept cheques.

 

Returns & Refund Policy

We expect that you will be completely satisfied with any goods and services you receive. However, in the unlikely event that a product does not meet your expectations please contact us immediately to arrange a solution.

We have made a considerable effort to accurately describe the products we sell. In the event that goods are demonstrably not true to description or faulty we will accept the goods for return and refund your money without hesitation.

Please take care to ensure that the product you purchase is suitable for the purpose you intend as we are not obliged to accept goods for refund if you simply change your mind about a product. We will endeavour to reach an amicable solution in such situations and at our discretion we may replace any goods accepted for credit or refund  the applicable purchase cost.

We accept responsibility for properly packaging and addressing the goods as instructed. If your order is mislaid or you receive goods that have been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately and we will work to rectify any such issues promptly.

Please check all parcels carefully, by signing for a consignment you are formally accepting the goods in the condition in which they were received.

For logistical reasons we cannot process returns for international shipments. However, in the unlikely event that there is an issue with the goods we supply, we will work with you to find a mutually agreeable solution.

Pricing

All prices quoted are subject to change at any time at the discretion of NARVi. Default currency for this site is New Zealand Dollars. Where the option is available you will be charged in the currency which you have chosen to shop. NARVi reserves the right to reject any orders which include incorrect prices which may occur due to data entry errors, code errors, hacking, incorrect pricing provided by manufacturer, translation errors etc.

Security

Form Submission security

When you submit a form on this website such as an enquiry or a simple site search via our website, a secure server is used.

We use industry standard data encryption for transmission of any personal information including credit card details you provide online. Known as SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol, you can check this is active by looking for the padlock symbol on many browsers. SSL allows a secure connection between your web browser and our web server, using a private (or secret) key to encrypt the information.

E-Commerce Security

We use a PCI Compliant third party payment gateway to process credit cards online. We do not store your credit card details online. All credit card transactions are processed online in real time and protected by industry standard security standards.
